Info and Rules of the Board

Documents: Upon arrival, kind guests must be provided with identification documents compulsorily.
A credit card or deposit of 200€ will be requested as a security deposit at check -in.

Safety: It is forbidden to use or intervene on the on-board equipment without the skipper's consent. It is prohibited to inspect and work on any part of the facilities without the skipper's permission.

Use of toilets: The boat is equipped with a delicate plumbing system, we therefore request you to
not throw any kind of waste into the toilet m only the 'special bin located under the sink.
Regarding the use of fresh water, please note that the boat is equipped with a desalination system. Before using the shower, turn on the "water recovery pump," using the gray circular button located near the sink and remember to turn it off after use.

No Smoking: For safety reasons, smoking is prohibited below deck on the boat; it is only allowed in the open and "downwind" of others.
Cigarette butts should not be thrown overboard: they are not biodegradable and take years to decompose.

It is also forbidden to possess sedative or antidepressant medicinal substances of any kind unless in possession of a regular medical prescription.
As a reminder, the possession of narcotic or assimilated substances entails, as a matter of security, the immediate disembarkation of the holder at the first possible port and notification of the port authority.

Common Spaces: Avoid leaving personal belongings unattended in outdoor spaces;
Do not leave valuables unattended, Blue Oyster accepts no responsibility for loss or theft.

Rules of conduct: During the hours of 11:30 p.m.-07:00 a.m., customers are asked to observe appropriate behavior so that the rest of nearby boats and homes is not disturbed.
The use of television or radio is allowed with moderate volume.

Any violation of these regulations and/or any damage to the boat, objects or furnishings will be charged.
